Associate Membership

Step 1: Submit the online Membership Application Form.

Step 2: Wait for an email notification regarding your scheduled Membership Orientation.

Step 3: Attend the scheduled orientation.

Step 4: Pay the required fees during the orientation, including the ₱500 membership fee (one-time, non-refundable) and the applicable share capital subscription.

Step 5: Await review and approval by the Board of Directors. Membership becomes official only upon formal Board approval.
